Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ruxurcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
